Who sees what

• Isolated organizations. Each organization has its own team, permissions, statuses, tags and fields. Switching organizations switches the whole world — an agency keeps client from client apart, a group keeps company from company apart.
• Permission profiles. Custom profiles per organization and a different role in each project: the same person can manage one project and only read another.
• Guests with restricted access. The client follows through the portal only what you release from that project, without seeing the rest of the account.
• Sensitive values with their own permission. In Hours, seeing the billed rate, seeing cost, setting rates and doing closings are separate permissions. Without the permission, the value doesn't even leave the server.

Who changed what, and when

• Change log on every task: what changed, from what to what, by whom and when. Retention runs from 7 days on Start to 90 days on Pro, and is unlimited on Max.
• Signed automations. What an automatic rule changes appears as "Automation: rule name," with the history of each run.
• Acceptance with evidence. Acceptance forms store name, date, time, IP and a hash of the answers: if the content changes later, the hash gives it away.

Artificial intelligence with brakes

• Your key, your provider. The AI uses the key of the provider your company subscribes to (OpenAI, Gemini or Claude). Tasskee doesn't resell AI or sit in the middle as one more intermediary.
• The AI sees what the person sees. Someone without access to a project gets no answer about it.
• Confirmation for what can't be undone. In execution mode, the AI asks for confirmation before irreversible actions; in planning mode, it only says what it would do.
• AI audit. Every action executed, simulated, confirmed or refused is recorded, with author and time.

Integrations under control

• API and MCP server tokens with scope and expiration, revocable at any time, with the permissions of the user who created them.
• Signed outgoing webhooks, so your system can verify that the call came from Tasskee.

Your data stays yours

List exports, scheduled account exports and a REST API with public documentation. If one day you decide to leave, your data leaves with you.
