Asana organizes projects, portfolios and goals. For a Brazilian company that provides services, three things tend to weigh heavily: billing in dollars, the lack of a ticket center with deadlines and the absence of WhatsApp customer service inside the tool.
This page shows, using what can be verified (published pricing and feature by feature), what your team gains by switching from Asana to Tasskee.
Why switch from Asana to Tasskee
When the client asks for things after delivery
Asana organizes work, but it doesn't have a customer service center with SLAs. In Tasskee, tickets have their own queue, their own statuses, deadlines and a public intake form, in the same project as the client. It's a queue for what comes in from outside, separate from the team's backlog.
When support happens on WhatsApp
Tasskee's customer service connects official WhatsApp (Meta), WhatsApp by QR Code and email. It has an AI agent and turns a conversation into a ticket or task with one click, with replies through the same number, SLA and a satisfaction survey (CSAT). It's a per-channel add-on, purchased alongside Pro or Max, with a 14-day trial. On Asana's pricing page, this feature doesn't appear.
When the bill is paid in reais
Asana bills in dollars and, on its pricing page, doesn't offer reais, boleto or Pix. That brings exchange-rate swings and IOF (Brazil's tax on foreign transactions) on the credit card statement. Tasskee bills in reais and, on the Max plan, accepts boleto or Pix with an invoice (nota fiscal), which usually makes finance's life simpler.
When the company sells hours
Agencies and consultancies need to close out hours for the client and pay people who work by the hour. In Hours, you set the rate per project and task type, generate the client closing statement (PDF or CSV, with the invoice recorded) and the statement for those paid by the hour. Tasskee doesn't issue invoices; it organizes what to bill.
When AI can't become one more bill
In Asana, AI comes with a small request quota. In Tasskee, AI uses your provider's key (OpenAI, Gemini or Claude), and usage is paid directly to them, with no credit packages and no margin on our side. The assistant carries out actions and leaves an audit trail of every step.
When the tool needs to grow with you
Tasskee is Brazilian, and the people who provide support are the same team that builds it. Need a feature that doesn't exist yet? The request goes straight to whoever decides what goes into the product, with no international support queue. And to connect Tasskee to the company's other systems, there's a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server, which lets the AI you already use operate projects and tasks.

What it costs, in practice
An example for a team of 10 people, with prices published on 10/02/2026. Asana's amounts are in dollars, per user/month, before taxes.
| Scenario | Tasskee | Asana |
| Entry plan | Start: 10 × R$ 19 = R$ 190 per month | Starter: 10 × US$ 10.99 = US$ 109.90 per month annually (10 × US$ 13.49 = US$ 134.90 monthly) |
| Mid-tier plan | Pro: 10 × R$ 39 = R$ 390 per month | Advanced: 10 × US$ 24.99 = US$ 249.90 per month annually (10 × US$ 30.49 = US$ 304.90 monthly) |
| Tickets and WhatsApp | Tickets on Pro; WhatsApp as a per-channel add-on | Not offered natively |
| AI | Included in Pro, with your key (you pay only the usage to the provider) | Small request quota on the plan |
To compare in reais, multiply the dollar amount by the day's exchange rate and add the IOF on the international purchase. And compare the plan you'll actually use: the schedule, reports and larger automations sit on the mid-tier plans in both tools. See all of Tasskee's plans on the pricing page.
What changes day to day
| Situation | In Tasskee |
| Starting a project | The template for your field already comes with statuses, workstreams and sample tasks |
| Planning deadlines | Gantt schedule with dependencies, milestones and critical path, from Pro |
| Tracking objectives | Goals and OKRs with key results linked to tasks |
| Receiving a client request | Public form or WhatsApp that become a ticket with a deadline |
| Showing progress to the client | Guest portal, which doesn't take up a seat |
| Closing the month | Hours to bill and to pay, with each project's margin |
Anyone who uses Asana to plan deadlines will find in Tasskee the Gantt schedule and the Kanban board as views of the same task, along with reports and dashboards from Pro.
How to migrate from Asana
- Start with one project. Pick the one that causes the most trouble today and create the account with the template for your field.
- Bring over the tasks. Export the project from Asana, paste the list into a Tasskee document and ask the AI to turn it into tasks, with assignee and due date.
- Turn on the automations you already had. The most common ones are among the ready-made templates, and it's worth simulating 30 days before turning them on.
- Invite the team and, if it makes sense, the client. Guests follow along through the portal without taking up a seat.
For many projects at once, the REST API and the MCP server let you automate the import. On the Max plan, onboarding is assisted by our team.
Summary
Tasskee was built for the company that provides services and wants the client's request, the deadline and the hours worked in the same place: pricing in reais, tickets with SLAs and WhatsApp support alongside projects, hours that turn into closing statements and AI without credits. All with support in Portuguese, from the people who build the product.
