monday.com already bills in reais and has a pricing page in Portuguese. So "leaving monday because the dollar went up" isn't the argument here. People looking for an alternative usually have a different problem: the work ends up on the board, but the client keeps sending requests through WhatsApp, billable hours go into a spreadsheet, and the AI bill becomes yet another invoice.
This page shows, using what you can verify (published pricing and feature by feature), what your team gains by switching from monday.com to Tasskee.
Why switch from monday.com to Tasskee
When the client asks for things after delivery
Board tools end where the client begins. In Tasskee, tickets have their own queue, their own statuses, SLA deadlines, and a public intake form, inside the same client project. Nobody has to invent a "Requests" column and hope the deadline is respected.
In monday you can build something similar with boards and forms. But you're the one who designs the queue, the deadline, and the overdue alert.
When support happens on WhatsApp
In Brazil, most support arrives through WhatsApp. Tasskee Customer Service connects the official WhatsApp (Meta), WhatsApp via QR Code, and email, includes an AI assistant, and turns a conversation into a ticket or task with one click. The reply goes back through the same number, and the SLA and customer satisfaction survey (CSAT) stay in the same place.
This is a per-channel add-on, purchased with Pro or Max, with a 14-day trial on any plan. On monday's pricing page, WhatsApp doesn't appear among the features.
When your company sells hours
Agencies, consultancies, and software houses live off hours worked. In Hours, you set the hourly rate by project and task type, generate the closing statement of what to bill each client (as PDF or CSV, with the invoice number recorded) and the statement for anyone paid by the hour. Tasskee doesn't issue invoices: it organizes what you're going to bill. Who sees rates and costs is controlled by permission.
When AI can't become yet another invoice
In Tasskee, the AI uses your own provider's key (OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude), and usage is paid directly to them, at list price, with no credit packs and no markup from us. The assistant carries out actions with planning, execution, and automatic modes, and every step is recorded in an audit log. The MCP server lets the AI agent you already use operate Tasskee. For more details, read about AI without credits.
When the team needs to use it on day one
Tasskee is ready from the start. At sign-up you choose your field, and your first project already comes with statuses, workstreams, and sample tasks. List, Kanban, calendar, Gantt schedule, and burndown are five views of the same task: switching views doesn't mean rework or duplicating items.
When the tool needs to grow with you
Tasskee is Brazilian, and the people who support you are the same team that builds it. Need a feature that doesn't exist yet? The request goes straight to whoever decides what goes into the product, with no international support queue. And to connect Tasskee to the rest of your company's systems, there's a REST API, webhooks, and an MCP server, which lets the AI you already use operate projects and tasks.

What it costs, in practice
An example for a team of 10 people. monday's figures are the per-user/month price published on its Portuguese pricing page on 10/02/2026; check there for billing terms. Tasskee's are per user/month.
| Scenario | Tasskee | monday.com |
| Entry plan | Start: 10 × R$ 19 = R$ 190 per month | Basic: 10 × R$ 50 = R$ 500 per month |
| Mid-tier plan | Pro: 10 × R$ 39 = R$ 390 per month | Standard: 10 × R$ 66 = R$ 660 per month |
| Advanced plan | Max: 10 × R$ 99 = R$ 990 per month | Pro: 10 × R$ 105 = R$ 1,050 per month |
| Tickets and WhatsApp | Tickets on Pro; WhatsApp as a per-channel add-on | Not offered natively |
| AI | Included in Pro, with your own key (you pay only usage to the provider) | Depends on the plan you buy |
When comparing plans, look at what each tier unlocks. On monday, the pricing page lists 250 automation actions per month on Standard and 25,000 on Pro. In Tasskee, automations are on every plan, with 100 runs per month on Free, 1,000 on Start, 10,000 on Pro, and unlimited on Max. Compare the plan you'll actually use, not the entry one. What changes day to day
| Situation | In Tasskee |
| Starting a project | The template for your field already comes with statuses, workstreams, and sample tasks |
| Knowing what to do today | The daily planner gathers everything that's yours, across all projects |
| Receiving a client request | Public form or WhatsApp that becomes a ticket with a deadline |
| Showing progress to the client | Guest portal, which doesn't use up a seat |
| Automating the repetitive | "When, If, Then" rules in plain language, with simulation and a history that explains each run |
| Closing the month | Billable and payable hours, with the margin of each project |
The client portal deserves a mention: the client follows the project, comments, and approves without taking up a paid seat. For service providers, that changes the math and the relationship with whoever hires you.
How to migrate from monday.com
- Start with one board. Pick the one that gives you the most trouble today and create your account with the template for your field.
- Bring in the items. Export the board from monday, paste the list into a Tasskee document, and ask the AI to turn it into tasks, with assignee and due date.
- Turn on the automations you already had. The most common ones, like notifying the requester on completion, nudging stalled tasks, or creating the recurring task, are among the ready-made templates.
- Invite your team and, if it makes sense, the client. Guests follow along through the portal without taking up a seat.
For many boards at once, the REST API and the MCP server let you automate the import. On the Max plan, onboarding is assisted by our team.
Summary
Tasskee was built for the team whose day is client requests on WhatsApp, support deadlines, billable hours, and AI without credits: all together with the projects, in reais, and with the shorter bill. All with support from the people who build the product.
