It's for people who run hiring processes: a company's HR, a recruiting consultancy or a business owner who hires without having a people team. The typical problem is familiar: résumés scattered across the inbox, interviews scheduled by message and candidates who go days without a reply.
The template puts each candidate or each opening on a board, with the stage it's at.
When you create your account and choose the HR and Recruiting template, Tasskee creates the project with four statuses, in this order:
The two workstreams are Recruiting and Hiring. The table above shows the four sample tasks: post the job opening, screen the résumés received, schedule interviews and send an offer to the candidate. Three are in Recruiting and one is in Hiring. The Offer column starts out empty: the send-offer task starts in Interviews. The template doesn't create a sprint.
Suggestions for use, which you can change however you like:
Be careful with personal data: résumés contain sensitive information. See the security and LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) page to learn how Tasskee handles data, and define which team members can see each project.
The Kanban board is the funnel screen. Forms, on the Pro plan, generate a public application link that creates the task with the data already filled in. The calendar brings interviews together, and automations send a notice when a candidate stalls at a stage. When the candidate is hired, the onboarding template serves as inspiration for the integration plan, and reports show how many candidates are at each stage.
Tasskee is not a time clock or payroll system: the template handles the hiring process and HR's tasks.
Set a maximum reply time to candidates at each stage and write it on the card. Whoever has a date for the next follow-up gets a reply, and the company keeps the reputation of someone who hires well, which counts when attracting good people.
The template is chosen at signup, when you create your account: in the onboarding step, choose the HR and Recruiting template and the project appears already set up. The trial lasts 15 days with Pro unlocked, no card required.
